SHIPPING INFORMATION 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

Cultured Home is a small, start-up business - there is also a lot of pressure on global shipping at the moment, so please allow 5-7 working days (excluding bank holiday and weekends) to process and ship products that are currently in stock. Naturally as we grow, we will see if we can improve this. For out of stock items please see individual product description for detail on when the product might be back in stock.  

UK DELIVERY 

Postage and packaging costs for Cultured Homes products for UK delivery can vary dependent on the product. All products are sent out via EVRI / Royal Mail delivery. 

RAKSHA BUNDAN: RAKHRI & CARDS 

The cost of postage and pack of Raksha Bundan items, which can be posted through a letterbox is £2.90 and will take 4-5 working days to process, ship and deliver. 

PRINTS, FRAMES AND PILLOWS 

The cost of postage and packaging of prints, pillows and frames is £4.50 and will take 5-7 working days to process, ship and deliver. 

EU AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are able to offer worldwide shipping on Raksha Bandan cards & Rakhri’s and Prints up to 21 x 30 (A4) only. 

Please allow 10 working days for international shipping times.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer shipping outside of the UK for all pillows. This is something we are looking to provide in the near future. However, we will try to accommodate individual requests where possible - please do get in touch via the contact us page to let us know if you are interested in a product. 

Please note Cultured Home is not liable for any international custom charges. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Cultured Home is able to offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about a product, within 14 days of receipt of delivery, return postage cost of £4.50 applies. Product must be returned in good condition, as per received. This does not affect your statutory rights - if an item is damaged please contact Cultured Home via the the contact us page and return your item within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or refund. 

 ORDER CANCELATION

If you change your mind about a product, please request an order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to offer a refund.
