REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Cultured Home is a small, start-up business - we are able to offer refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind about a product, within 14 days. Product must be returned in good condition, as received. This does not affect your statutory rights - if an item is damaged please contact us via the contact us page and return your item within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or refund. A return postage costs of £4.50 will be charged. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you change your mind about a product, please request an order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase. If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to offer a full refund.
